June 6^th also marks the official opening of our tasting room. Designed by Studio Tre, and now in the final stages of build out, our tasting room repurposes what was once the sales offices for the Old Chatham Sheepherding Company, with a visitors’ lounge, double-height tasting room, and private conference rooms on the second floor. Opening hours are planned Friday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with tours and tastings via advanced booking through our website. We plan to host additional small events in the tasting room throughout the year with speakers, collaborative partners, and other guests.
