A marriage of two barrels filled in May 2023 and matured for more than three years in new American oak, Batch No. 1 is a layered whiskey with notes of malt, fruit, and spice, culminating in a distinctive slate-like minerality. Unpeated and minimally filtered, it is a pure expression of grain and oak, shaped by time and season in our dunnage-style barrel house.
This is a grain-forward whiskey with notes of malt, fruit and spice that is best enjoyed neat, or with a splash of water.
Limited to 250 bottles, Batch No. 1 commemorates the 250th anniversary of the United States and will be officially released on July 4, 2026.
FOR PRE-ORDERS: In person pick up available at the distillery from 12:00 - 4:00 pm on Saturday, July 4th. Shipping will start Monday, July 6th.
