A marriage of six 30 gallon barrels, this rye marks our first release made with estate grain. All of the rye in this mashbill is from our first-year harvest, in this case the AC Hazlet varietal. Hazlet rye has a lighter flavor profile than other rye varieties, with a distinctive “sweetness” reminiscent of vanilla frosting or cake batter.
