This 5-course communal dinner explores the journey from field to glass, featuring ingredients grown and produced on the farm at Silver Brothers, including barley, rye, honey, maple syrup, new make spirit, and whiskey.

Throughout the evening, founder Matt Greitzer will share the story of the farm, the grain, and the process of transforming agricultural harvests into whiskey. Together, the food and spirits offer a closer look at the connection between farming, craft, and place.
